As multilateral climate negotiations falter, wealthy countries are actively considering large scale plans to intentionally modify the climate by extreme technological means.  Proposals include experiments in the oceans, land, and atmosphere. The dangers of these technologies and their potential for devastating unilateral deployment need to be more broadly known. Participate in an informative and action oriented workshop including a full briefing of the technologies, who is backing them, how they are related to climate change negotiations, why they threaten our future and what can we do to about them
