Cross Cultural Training: How to work with 1st Nations

Imagine two ships, side by side in the same river. Both ships travel in the same direction. Each boat has it’s own language, laws, traditions & beliefs. Neither interferes with the other. That way, if you come to rough waters, you won’t capsize by having a foot in both boats. Yet you still travel side by side along the same path, working together for the good of both.
